An Ozone Action Day has been issued for Saturday, June 19, 2021. We will be under the “unhealthy for sensitive groups” range. Residents should: Limit driving before 8 a.m., between 9 a.m. - 11 a.m., after 5 p.m. Let’s help keep the manufacturing of ozone at a minimum! Williamson County is the recipient of the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award from the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA). This is the eleventh consecutive year Williamson County has received this award which reflects the commitment of the County and staff to meeting the highest principles of governmental budgeting. 

The Williamson County Tax Assessor-Collector’s offices will be closed for staff training from June 15 to June 17, on a rotating schedule. While one office is closed, other office locations will be open during regular business hours.

The Williamson County Conservation Foundation is offering an online “Leave No Trace for Williamson County Preserves” training for people who want to access County preserve areas.  The class will be held via WebEx (online webinar) on Monday, June 14, 2021, from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
