March 2020 Scheduling Announcement

Due to COVID-19 all uncontested dockets have been cancelled until further notice. If you have a case set on our regular family or civil docket, between now and May 1, 2020, you will be receiving an email from the court. Do not come to the court house, for a hearing, unless you are specifically instructed to do so.

Uncontested Docket

The uncontested docket is held Mondays through Thursdays at 8:30 a.m. There are, of course, exceptions. Contact the court if you would like to confirm a specific uncontested docket date. Williamson County now has electronic filing so you will not need to pull the paper file. Please sign in, on the uncontested docket sheet, prior to 8:30 a.m.

Pro se litigants (parties without legal representation)

Our uncontested dockets, for parties who do not have an attorney, are held on specific dates. To schedule a hearing date, please contact the Court Administrator, Ms. Marlys Tidrick: [email protected]. For divorce cases, you must wait until your 60 day waiting period has expired before contacting Ms. Tidrick. Any person appearing without an attorney shall be prepared to follow all local rules and the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
