GTX Cares Pop Up Around Georgetown

If you've visited downtown Georgetown, Texas, lately, you might have noticed some poppy signs around the Square. The decals in business windows and banners were designed both to show the unity, support, and love we share for one another in Georgetown and to connect the physical world to our digital COVID-19 information. Wilco Working Together with TSTC RISE Program - Hutto, Texas
Unemployment has become one of the biggest problems facing Texas today, currently more than 1.3 million people are unemployed. TSTC, in partnership with businesses and industries, has developed an innovative solution to help those Texans get back to work. The Rapid Industry Skills & Employability (RISE) program can help you to learn the skills to quickly begin a new career. Upon successful completion, you will earn an Occupational Skills Award. #WilCoWorkingTogether - WilCo Medical Reserve Corp
Sometimes it’s the smallest acts of kindness that can mean the most! Laura Jones is a local volunteer with the Williamson County and Cities Health District Medical Reserve Corp, and she set out to make a difference during the COVID-19 pandemic by connecting creative volunteers in Williamson County with vulnerable populations living in local assisted living communities and nursing homes.
