Minimum Health Protocols

Effective 6/1/2021

The Williamson County Justice Center will be using the following health protocols until further notice:

  • Individuals are responsible for self-monitoring and should not enter the Justice Center if symptomatic for COVID-19.
  • Masks are optional in the Justice Center, though individual courts reserve the right to require face coverings in a particular courtroom. Based on CDC guidance, those who have not received a COVID vaccine are strongly urged to wear a face covering.
  • Social Distancing is required when in the building.

These health protocols have been adopted pursuant to the 38th Emergency Order of the Texas Supreme Court, and in consultation with the Williamson County Local Health Authority.  [please note that I have linked to the document and the link should come over onto the webpage]
