  • 13 ambulances and 1 squad unit 24/7, 3 peak demand ambulances, 9 command/high priority response, large backup fleet.

  • We make house calls, with an average 6.25 minute response time county-wide.  (2013)
  • Williamson County EMS is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS). Williamson County EMS is in an elite group of only 9 out of 782 Texas EMS, and 175 out of approximately 16,000 EMS providers in the United States to with this accreditation. The accreditation process requires the completion of a comprehensive application and on-site review by national experts in emergency medical services. CAAS extended the accreditation to Williamson County EMS for outstanding achievement in compliance with national standards for best practices in the Emergency Medical Services industry.
