Notice is hereby given that members of the Williamson County Commissioners Court may assemble in numbers that constitute a quorum at the above referenced public meeting. At such meeting, the Commissioners may discuss, and/or receive information regarding agenda matters referenced in this Notice of Meeting. No formal action will be taken by the Commissioners on behalf of the County regarding any agenda matter.
At this meeting, the following items may be discussed and are subject to potential committee action:
- Call to order and roll call
- Discussion of the Biological Advisory Team (BAT) charge and discussion of previously identified possible candidates for CAC appointment of BAT representative.
- Take action on the appointment of a BAT representative (Landowner vote)
- Discussion on the distributed documents: Proposed Take and Conservation Metrics – Summary Bullet Points
- Public comment
This notice of meeting was posted in the locked box located on the south side of the Williamson County Courthouse, a place readily accessible to the general public at all times, on the 21st day of March 2023 at 9:00 AM and remained posted for at least 72 continuous hours preceding the scheduled time of said meeting.
