Williamson County offices will be closed on Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day. County offices will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, September 8; however, the Commissioners Court meeting originally scheduled for that day has been canceled. The next meeting will be on Tuesday, September 15, at 9:30 a.m. in the Commissioners Courtroom on the second floor of the historic courthouse, located at 710 S. Main Street, in Georgetown. The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is taking part in the Labor Day celebration by offering adoption specials which include:
· Seniors (5+ years old) are free to adopt
· BOGO kittens for $75
· Large adult dogs and cats for $25
· Small dogs and puppies for $75
