Williamson County is proposing the adoption of rules for on-site sewage facilities (OSSF) in Williamson County, Texas. A virtual meeting will be held to present the proposed rules and receive input from the public. The virtual public meeting will be available at www.wilco.org/ossf on Wednesday, December 9, 2020, starting at 5 p.m. through Wednesday, December 23, at 5 p.m.
For the virtual public meeting, project staff will give a presentation which will be pre-recorded and will include both audio and visual components. The public is invited to make comments on the proposed rules. All comments must be received on or before Wednesday, December 23, 2020.

The Williamson County Commissioners Court will discuss and consider approving the proposed rules for on-site sewage facilities at their meeting on Tuesday, January 12, 2021, starting at 9:30 a.m. pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 366 and Title 30, Texas Administrative Code 285.10.
