Cedar Park Tax Office Closed This Week Due to Positive COVID Exposure

The Cedar Park tax office will close temporarily due to a staffing shortage created by a COVID-19 outbreak among staff over the weekend. The remaining staff will be assigned to work at other locations during the closure. The Cedar Park tax office is expected to reopen to the public Monday, September 12.

Residents are encouraged to renew their vehicle registration online at renew.txdmv.gov or at the business center of any HEB or AAA located in Williamson County. Other business such as title transfers, handicap placard applications, and property tax payments can be left in the secure drop box in front of the office or mailed to 904 S. Main St, Georgetown, TX 78626.

We apologize for this inconvenience and will re-open the lobby in Cedar Park after staff are healthy and can safely return to work.
