Public Meeting to Vote on Proposed Road District Tax Rates September 15

The Williamson County Commissioners Court will hold a public meeting on September 15, 2020, to vote on the proposed tax rates for road districts in Williamson County. The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. at the historic courthouse, 710 S. Main Street in Georgetown, on the second floor in the Commissioners Courtroom. View the public meeting notices for Avery Ranch Road District #1, Pearson Place Road District, and Northwoods Road District. The meeting can be viewed live by going to https://www.wilco.org/livemeetings and clicking on the “Live” tab.

If attending the meeting in person, residents will be allowed to access the building through the south doors off 8th Street. Entry to the courthouse will be subject to a temperature check and cloth face coverings are required. Keep in mind there will be limited seating for the public in the Commissioners Courtroom with overflow seating available in the District Courtroom. Any member of the public wishing to appear before the Commissioners Court must fully complete and submit a Public Participation Form to the County Judge's Executive Assistant or designated staff at least ten minutes prior to the beginning of the Court's meeting.
