All Williamson County offices will be closed on Monday, Feb. 21, 2022, in observance of Presidents’ Day. 

In honor of Black History Month, Precinct 1 Commissioner Terry Cook is recognizing historical contributions by celebrated Black Williamson County trailblazers.

Early voting for the Democratic and Republican primary elections started on Monday, February 14. It ends on Friday, February 25. Each party has its own ballot and you can only vote in one party’s primary election. Election day is Tuesday, March 1. The last day to apply to receive a ballot by mail is Friday, Feb. 18. The Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center (WCCAC) was joined by more than 100 guests as they celebrated breaking ground on the addition of a new 15,000 square foot building. The addition is location at 1811 SE Inner Loop in Georgetown. The addition will include crisis services, forensic interviews, family advocacy and a multi-disciplinary hub. Williamson County Precinct 4 Commissioner Russ Boles was joined by Williamson County Senior Director of Parks Russell Fishbeck and others to celebrate additions to the Williamson County Expo Center.
