This Friday, July 29, the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter (WCRAS) will stay open for an extra two hours to host its second Cat’s Pajamas Adoption Event. During the extended hours of 6  p.m. to 8 p.m., the shelter will offer free adoptions for all cats and kittens. Rumor has it that this event will have a few canine party crashers, too!

“We’re excited to host another Cat’s Pajamas Adoption Event. We are still at the height of kitten season, so there are lots of adorable kittens and adult cats to choose from, and they’re all free to adopt during this extended two-hour event,” says Misty Valenta, animal services director. “If a dog happens to crash the party, then they will also be free to adopt! Keep an eye on the Adoption Center patio for Party Crashers.”

Preview our available cats and kittens (and Party Crashers) at wilcopets.org, then stop by for this event. No appointments are necessary. This is a one-day-only event, so set those reminders, and join the event Friday night! Only dogs who participate as Party Crashers will be available for adoption during this event.
