The Williamson County Parks Department will be upgrading its park reservation and registration software platform, effective Monday, October 4, 2021. During the scheduled upgrade period, the Parks Department will not be accepting reservation requests between 5 p.m. on Monday, September 27, through 8 a.m. on Monday, October 4.

The upgrade is necessary and will include a more user-friendly web-based reservation module for many of the Park facilities. Additionally, this upgrade will provide Williamson County residents and park users access to facility availability calendars, allowing them the ability to make on-line reservations 24 hours a day. Moreover, the upgrade will include improved functionality, reporting and audit tracking for the County.
