Landfill Offers Tree Recycling

The Williamson County Landfill, 600 Landfill Road in Hutto, will accept Christmas trees for recycling December 26, 2016, through January 14, 2017, free of charge for Williamson County residents.  Flocked trees are not accepted for recycling. All trees must have decorations removed. The landfill will be closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, but will be open regular hours the day before and the day after these holidays.
