Lane Closure

Williamson County’s contractor Chasco Construction is scheduled to set up a traffic control for a lane closure on Bounds Street in Thrall. The closure will start on Thursday, December 9, at approximately 9 a.m. and stay in place until Tuesday, January 4, weather permitting.  The lane closure will be on the northbound lane of Bounds Street from East Stiles to East Beaumont Avenue. The southbound lane is not affected. Northbound traffic will be detoured to Main Street to proceed north. Access to all side streets, driveways and pedestrian crossings will be maintained at all times.  The lane closure will provide a safe work zone for the contractor to install drainage improvements along Bounds Street.  This work includes removal of curb and gutter, installation of storm sewer pipe and curb inlets.
