CR 110 Middle
Location CR 110 Middle (North of Limmer Loop to CR 107)
Description

The project will upgrade the existing two-lane roadway to a three-lane roadway (half of an ultimate six- lane facility). The schematic design and right-of-way footprint will consider the ultimate typical section for a six-lane divided roadway.

Status Final design of an interim three-lane section has been completed by Kimley-Horn. Right-of-way acquisition is complete. Utility relocations are underway. Groundbreaking ceremony for CR 110 Middle from north of Limmer Loop to CR 107 was held on Thursday, April 4, at 11 a.m., at the intersection CR 110 and Toscana Trace. The project was completed in fall 2020. The contractor was James Construction. The construction cost was $8.9 million and was paid for with voter-approved road bonds.
