Williamson County is in the process of updating and improving our subdivision regulations. The catalyst for these changes is HB 3167, which tightened review time requirements of subdivision development applications for Williamson County. Because of these new review times, the County will implement new protocols and regulations to meet the HB 3167 requirements.
The Subdivision Regulation Subcommittee has met for 5 months to discuss, update, improve, and clarify the Williamson County Subdivision Regulations.
A meeting was held on September 9, 2019, for the development community in order to gain input and kick off a two-week comment period.
The presentation from the meeting is here.
