Williamson County to Host Career Fair on Sept. 13

Sept. 2, 2021 (Williamson County, Texas) – For job seekers in and around Williamson County, a career fair will be held Monday, Sept. 13, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will take place at the Williamson County Georgetown Annex, located at 100 Wilco Way in Georgetown.

At the event, attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about Williamson County’s current vacancies, health benefits and positional responsibilities. Additionally, attendees will have the chance to meet and greet with potential future managers and co-workers, as several departments will have representatives on-hand. These departments include Road and Bridge, the Tax Assessor/Collector’s office, Sheriff’s Office, animal services, parks and recreation, facilities and many more.

The careers currently available at Williamson County cover several levels of education and experience ranging from part-time animal care specialists to a position as a juvenile services nurse or county attorney criminal prosecutor. Additionally, there are several positions available where training is provided while on-the-job.
