The Pavilion will house 200 horse stalls. This will allow current multi-day equestrian events to expand. It also will be a new home for the Williamson County Livestock Association to host their annual show and sale. In addition, cattle sales, dog shows, archery contests, RV shows, pet expos, and more will take place in the Pavilion. The designer of the improvements is Populous. The contractor is Prime Construction. The project is estimated to be completed in summer 2020 for a cost of $4.5 million paid for with voter approved park bonds.
