Commissioners Court Holds Virtual Meeting on April 7

The Williamson County Commissioners Court will hold their April 7, 2020, meeting online through a virtual meeting platform beginning at 9:30 a.m. Any member of the public wishing to make a public comment or speak on an agenda item will do so at the Historic Courthouse, 710 S. Main Street, Georgetown; however, the Commissioners Court members will attend virtually. To watch the meeting, please use the Commissioners Court Live link on the Williamson County website (http://www.wilco.org/), or watch the meeting video that will be posted on the website after the meeting has taken place. The meetings for April 14 and April 28 have been canceled.

To view the Commissioners Court meeting live on Tuesday, go to http://www.wilco.org/livemeetings. The far right tab under the header will say ‘Live.’ Click it and the live feed will begin to play.

To view the agenda or to review the recorded meeting that is posted after the meeting, go to https://agenda.wilco.org/agenda_publish.cfm. Both the agenda and video will be posted on this page based on meeting date.

To make a public comment, enter the Historic Courthouse through the south doors and go through the proper screening protocols, including having your temperature taken before entering. Once you are screened, you can go to the second floor where you will fill out a public comment form and be called into the Commissioners Courtroom to make your comments. Speakers will be recorded by a web camera and included in the virtual meeting.
