Williamson County District Courts and County Courts at Law announce Spring Settlement Week

The District Courts and County Courts at Law will be holding the 2022 Spring Settlement Week on the week of April 4, 2022.  This will be a virtual event and provides 5 days for litigants to conduct negotiations and potentially settle civil and family cases with the assistance of a volunteer mediator.  Interested parties can find an application and additional information about Settlement Week in the Application Packet.

In addition to inviting attorneys and parties to consider submitting their case(s) to Settlement Week, the Courts would like to invite attorneys to volunteer to serve as mediators.  The application to serve as a Volunteer Mediator is also found in the application packet.
