Certified Copy of your Deed?

You don’t need a copy of your deed just to have laying around. Most people misplace documents and it is good to know that you can always get it at the clerk’s office but selling it for that much more than it usually costs is outrageous. The fee for a certified copy of your deed is $1 per page and add $5 for certification no matter how many pages it is.

Our documents are $1 per page, not $2-$4. You can get copies of your deed from your home computer for free or pay $1 per page to get a copy without the “UNOFFICIAL” water mark on it.
