Sr. Office Administrator Adrienne Seal
Senior Office Administrator Adrienne Seal

Adrienne Seal joined our team in November 2022. She began her public service development and administrative career in 2010 at the City of Midland in the Engineering Department and promoting to the Fleet Department. Upon moving to central Texas in 2015 Adrienne joined the City of Georgetown as a Permit Technician and Special Events Permit Coordinator. She promoted to a Residential Plans Examiner and continued the Special Events Permit Coordination. In 2020 Adrienne moved to the City of Florence and built a Development Services department.

Ms. Seal holds Permit Technician, Residential Plans Examiner and Residential Energy Plans Examiner certifications from the International Code Council.

 
Fire Marshal Hank Jones
Fire Marshal Hank Jones

Fire Marshal Hank Jones was appointed as the Williamson County Fire Marshal on October 29, 2019. Mr. Jones has over twenty-five years of experience in his public safety career. Mr. Jones began his fire service career in 1991 working as a Firefighter/ Emergency Medical Technician for the City of Belton. In 1998, he was hired full time by the City of Georgetown. During his time with the city, he served in many roles including Fire Fighter/Peace Officer and EMT Paramedic. Mr. Jones was instrumental in the adoption of the City of Georgetown fire code while serving in the Fire and Life Safety Division. As Battalion Chief, he served in the assignments of EMS Chief and Training Division Chief.

Mr. Jones holds an Associate of Technology Degree and currently holds Advanced Fire Inspector, Fire Investigator, Arson Investigator and Hazardous Materials Technician certifications from the Texas Commission of Fire Protection; Basic Peace Officer TCLOSE certification and Licensed Paramedic from the Texas Department of State Health Services.

 
Assistant Fire Marshal Keeling Neves

Assistant Fire Marshal Keeling Neves began his fire service career with the City of Taylor in 1998. In 2000 he was hired by the City of Georgetown Fire Department, working his way through the ranks, and was promoted to Captain in 2012. In 2014, he was appointed as Deputy Fire Marshal in the Fire & Life Safety Division, where he conducted plan reviews, attended development meetings and developed many fire inspection programs including, annual businesses fire inspections, mobile food vendor inspection program, and a five-year standpipe flow testing program. Mr. Neves left the City of Georgetown in 2018 to take the position of Fire Marshal for Williamson County ESD No.4. He has been with Williamson County Fire Marshal’s office since July 2020.

Mr. Neves holds an Associate Degree in Fire Protection Technology and currently holds Master Fire Inspector, Fire Investigator, and a Basic Arson Investigator from the Texas Commission on Fire Protection; Basic Peace Officer TCOLE certification and certified as Emergency Medical Technician from the Texas Department of Health Services. 

 
Deputy Chief-HazMat David Cella

Deputy Cheif David CellaDeputy Chief David Cella began his fire service career in Southern New Jersey in 2000. In 2007, he was hired by the County of Gloucester’s Department of Emergency Response. He worked in the EMS Division as well as for the County’s Hazardous Materials Emergency Response Team. During his tenure, he served in the capacities of Emergency Medical Technician, HazMat Training Officer, and Deputy Chief of HazMat. In 2017, Mr. Cella was hired by the County of Salem as a Fire Instructor for the County’s Fire Academy where he served as a Lead Instructor for the Hazardous Materials Technician course. In 2018, Mr. Cella and his wife relocated to the State of Texas where he continued his career with the Texas Division of Emergency Management. In 2019, he was promoted to the Supervisor of the Technological Hazards Unit where he oversaw several federal grants that fund planning and training efforts related to hazardous materials and radiological emergencies. Mr. Cella has been with the Williamson County Fire Marshal’s Office since September 2021.

Mr. Cella holds an Associate Degree in Fire Science Technology and currently holds Hazardous Materials Technician and Hazardous Materials Incident Commander from the Texas Commission on Fire Protection; Tank Car, Cargo Tank, and Intermodal Tank specialty certifications through Pro Board and is certified as Emergency Medical Technician from the Texas Department of Health Services.
