|
The project will upgrade the existing roadway to a two-lane roadway with shoulders, and provide preliminary planning for an ultimate six-lane divided urban roadway, for the east-west transportation corridor of Westinghouse Road/CR 111 and CR 105 (collectively referred to as CR 111) and the northern part of CR 110.

The project design is complete. Capital Excavation is the contractor. Construction began in early 2022 and is expected to be completed in early 2024.
Detour: Capital Excavation will be closing CR 105 and detouring traffic onto Spur 105 starting Monday, May 8. This detour allows for the Phase 3 construction of the new roadway portion to take place. Click here to see the location of the detour. The detour will only be set up if weather permits.
Detour: Capital Excavation will be closing Bell Meadows Drive and detouring traffic onto Willow Drive, Saturday, May 20, between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. This will allow for the new water line crossing at Bell Meadows to be installed. Flaggers will be in place to help assist the traffic in the area. The detour will only be set up if weather permits.
