The uncontested docket for County Court at Law #4 cases will be held Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 a.m. prior to the regular docket, but subject to Judge McMaster’s availability. No prior scheduling is required for uncontested matters, but it is suggested you visit the Court’s website at wilco.org (http://www.wilco.org/Elected-Officials/County-Courts/Court-at-Law-Four) for notice of any cancelations. if the uncontested docket has been canceled, there will be a statement under “scheduling announcements”
Anyone appearing at the uncontested docket should sign up in the courtroom on the uncontested docket sheet. You are required to sign in for the uncontested docket prior to 9:00 a.m. Any and all documents you want the Judge to consider should be left at the bench.
All documents that are signed by Judge McMaster must be taken to the clerk’s office to be filed and processed.
