Kevin Stofle, Constable Precinct 3

Kevin Stofle was appointed to serve as the Constable for Precinct 3 on March 18, 2013, in a unanimous vote by the Williamson County Commissioners Court. Constable Stofle passed away suddenly on September 13, 2021. The Williamson County family is mourning the loss of such a devoted public servant and great friend.  

Constable Stofle has been a resident of Precinct 3 in Williamson County since 1980, has 33 years of law enforcement experience, is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and holds both a Master Peace Officer License and a Law Enforcement Instructors License.  Kevin served as the Assistant Chief of Police with the Georgetown Police Department and was the Emergency Management Coordinator for the City of Georgetown.  Kevin also served as a lead instructor for the Texas Institute of Public Problem Solving at the LBJ School of Public Affairs, the University of Texas at Austin from 1999 to 2005 and is a nationally certified instructor for the United States Department of Justice.  Constable Stofle has over 20 years of personnel and project management experience and is a conflict resolution mediator and instructor.

Kevin is married to Laura Stofle, has four children, and is an active member of Celebration Church in Georgetown.  He has a long history of community service which includes serving on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity, Project Graduation volunteer for over 20 years, GISD mentor, youth baseball coach, and numerous positions within his church.

The Precinct 3 Constable’s office serves the cities of Florence, Georgetown, Jarrell, Weir, and a portion of Round Rock as well as all unincorporated areas of Precinct 3 in Williamson County.  They are responsible for the service of civil process, warrants, probation revocation apprehensions, and all environmental crime investigations in Williamson County, as well as serving the security needs of the Precinct 3 Justice Court.

This office serves all civil process, orders and arrest warrants issued by Justice Courts, County Courts and District Courts. 

The mission of the Williamson County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office is to provide efficient, lawful service of civil and criminal court documents, and to serve the needs of the public, the Justice Court, and other law enforcement agencies, while conducting ourselves in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

In Office - Cash, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, and Credit/Debit Cards* (A 2.85% convenience fee is added to all card transactions by a third party vendor.)

By Phone- Credit and Debit cards from: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express (A 2.85% convenience fee is added to all card transactions by a third party vendor.)
By Mail- Money Orders and Cashier's Checks

This office does not accept personal or company checks for payment of warrants.
