Williamson County offices will be closed on Friday, April 2, in observance of Good Friday. While County offices are closed, it is highly recommended that residents consider utilizing the online services that are being offered in various departments. To access the latest information from each department, please visit www.wilco.org. Williamson County Parks will be open to the public for normal operations throughout the holiday weekend.

The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter, located at 1855 S.E. Inner Loop in Georgetown, will be open on Good Friday from noon to 6 p.m. The shelter will have an adoption special all week starting Monday, March 29, through Saturday, April 3. During those dates, medium and large adult dogs and adult cats can be adopted for $2.  All adoptable pets are listed online at http://pets.wilco.org/. Interested adopters should send an email to adoption@wilco.org to set up an appointment. The shelter will be closed on Easter Sunday, April 4, 2021.
