How to Volunteer for Pavilion at the Dell Diamond/HEB Center

Thank you for your interest in being a volunteer! One night of your time generates at least $50 for Pavilion!

Ryan Sanders Baseball has partnered with Pavilion for concession volunteers at events at both the Dell Diamond and the HEB Center in Cedar Park. That means baseball, hockey, and basketball games as well as concerts and other special events. Pavilion’s goal is to average $15,000 per month from our work in the concession stand.

Here is how you can help –

  1. Look at the schedule for the Dell Diamond at http://do512.com/venues/dell-diamond  and see if there is a night you can volunteer. For the HEB Center the schedule can be found at http://www.hebcenter.com/events.
  2. Email gordon.butler@pavilionrr.org or kathie.yates@pavilionrr.org and let them know what event you would like to be a volunteer. If you are a first time volunteer, let them know so they can help you get oriented.
  3. We encourage all volunteers to get a TABC certification before they volunteer at http://www.learn2serve.com/ but it is not necessary to volunteer.
  4. Plan on showing up at the venue 1.5 – 2 hours before the start of the event. If you are apprehensive on your first time, let us know, and we will  meet you there!
  5. Your parking is free! Just let the parking attendants know you are working the concession stands.
  6. Don’t forget to sign in! At the signup table, RS3 employees will direct you to the correct concession stand.
  7. Have fun and thank you for your time!
