The theme for this year's Benefit Fair was Favorite Sports Teams and Commissioner Cook was invited to take photos with employees and retirees at the photo booth. Employees had the opportunity to learn about plan changes, complete online health risk assessments, make 2020 benefit elections, get their flu shots and meet vendors that partner with  Wilco.

Commissioner Cook, along with other Williamson County official,s explained the two bonds: Proposition A for $412 million for roads and Proposition B for $35 million for parks and recreation to guests who attended the Open House.
