Texas Conservation Symposium

The Williamson County Conservation Foundation and Southwestern University are hosting the fifth annual Texas Conservation Symposium on January 10 and 11, 2019 at Southwestern University. The meeting begins at 1:30 pm on Thursday, January 10, and concludes on Friday, January 11 at approximately 5 p.m. A free lunch is provided on Friday. 
The meeting is free and open to the public, however, preregistering for the meeting is appreciated at this following link

The Texas Journal of Science in 2019 will have a special section on Texas conservation science. All talks will be held in Olin 105 on the Southwestern University Campus. 

The Wildlife Society (TWS) has pre-approved attendance at the 2019 Texas Conservation Symposium to count towards Continuing Education Units (CEUs) in Category I of the Certified Wildlife Biologist® Renewal/Professional Development Certificate Program. TWS will allow a maximum of 11 CEUs for conference attendance. Attendees are required to independently log and report their CEUs to TWS.
