WCRAS Closed for Thanksgiving, Offers Name Your Price Adoptions Through December 4

The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter (WCRAS) will be closed on Thursday, November 24, for Thanksgiving and will reopen with normal business hours on November 25, offering Name Your Price adoptions for all medium-to-large adult dogs and adult cats! Small dogs, puppies and kittens are just $75 to adopt. Email [email protected] to schedule an appointment to meet the pet of your dreams! Walk-ins are also welcome between noon to 6 p.m.

Not ready to commit? The holidays are the perfect time to share with a foster pet and take a dog Home For The Holidays! This yearly fostering program features any adoptable medium-to-large adult dog. Just join the WCRAS foster team by filling out the foster registration form found at http://pets.wilco.org/How-to-Help, then come pick out a dog to take Home For The Holidays. You can adopt your foster if it turns out to be a match made in heaven. Otherwise, you bring him or her back to the shelter. This special fostering program runs through January 2.

Visit wilcopets.org to preview all adoptable pets.
