Several county offices have moved the new Georgetown Annex, 100 Wilco Way in Georgetown. The building is a two-story building with 60,000 square feet of space. The Georgetown Annex is now home to the Precinct 3 Commissioner, Constable, and Justice of the Peace, as well as Purchasing, Human Resources, Veterans Services, and Texas A&M AgriLife Extension. In addition, the building has a Justice of the Peace Courtroom, multiple meeting and conference rooms, and a training/teaching space for AgriLife Extension.

A groundbreaking ceremony for the facility was held on September 12, 2017. Chasco Constructors was awarded the contract for construction manager-at-risk with a guaranteed maximum price of $14,919,081. The contract has come in under budget and within the contractual schedule.  KAH Architecture was the architect. A ribbon cutting ceremony will be scheduled at a later date.

All office phone numbers and emails remain the same. Click here for a map of the Georgetown Annex location.
