Effective Monday, April 5, the Williamson County Vaccine Registration Technical Assistance (VRTA) centers, which assist individuals who may want or need in-person guidance to set up a COVID-19 vaccine appointment, will be available from 9 a.m. to1 p.m. Before, these sites were open until 3 p.m.

While County offices are closed, it is highly recommended that residents consider utilizing the online services that are being offered in various departments. Beginning Monday, March 29, 2021

All adults in Texas who want to receive the COVID-19 vaccine will be eligible to be vaccinated starting Monday, March 29. The Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) Expert Vaccine Allocation Panel recommended expanding the vaccination process to include any adult who wishes to get vaccinated and falls under the current Food and Drug Administration emergency use authorizations.
