How to Apply
You may obtain an employment application in several ways:

Go to the Human Resources Department between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Call Human Resources at (512) 943-1533 and ask that an application be mailed to you.

Print a copy of the Williamson County Application listed by clicking on the link below:

Upon completion you may email or print the application. If you would like to email your Resume and Application, you can email them to
hr@wilco.org. If you would like to mail or hand deliver your application please see the printing instructions located at the bottom of this page; after you print, close the window of the application browser to return to this page.
Please note:

Williamson County only accepts applications for positions that are currently posted. Unsolicited applications will be returned.

Mail an employment application so that it reaches the Human Resources Department by the posted deadline, or complete an application in person at the Human Resources Office on or before the closing date. Please note that
the mail deadline is a receipt deadline; postmarks do not matter.

Fill out the application completely, as instructed. You may attach a resume to the application,
but resumes alone are not sufficient.

If you are applying for more than one position,
you must complete a separate application for each opening. You may use photocopies, but the position and department titles must be listed correctly. You must also have an original signature and current date on each application.

After Applying
Your application, if timely, is sent to the appropriate department. If that department wishes to interview you, they will contact you directly.
Only those selected for an interview will be contacted. However, you may call the Human Resources Department at (512) 943-1533 to follow up on your application if you haven't been contacted for two weeks after the closing date (not two weeks after the date you applied).
