Williamson County EMS was established in 1975, entirely funded by the taxpayers of the County. We are a Third Service EMS providing 911 service for the entire County and all the incorporated cities. We cover 1,100 square miles, with a growing population of 350,000. We currently have 15 stations housed in stand-alone stations and shared facilities with different local Fire Departments. We transport to 13 different hospitals, helicopter service is provided by primarily two services PHI Air Medical with a base in Georgetown and Austin/Travis Co. STAR Flight with a base in Austin. Other services provided are critical transfers from hospital to hospital and a small percentage of routine transfers. Please browse around our website to find out more about Williamson County EMS.  Thanks
