Arlena Percival Receives Certified
Internal Auditor Designation
July 23, 2004 (Georgetown, TX) --
Arlena Percival, internal auditor for Williamson County, received the
designation of Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) by the Institute of Internal
Auditors (IIA) in Altamonte Springs, Florida, this month. The CIA
designation is awarded to internal audit professionals who have met the rigorous
requirements of the IIA's CIA program, including a four-part examination,
as well as high standards of character, educations, and experience.
Ms. Percival recently also earned the
distinction of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) through the Texas State Board
of Public Accountancy in February 2004.
