Be one of the first to explore Williamson County’s newest parkland, the Williams Tract, on Saturday, April 10, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The undeveloped property is more than 1,000 acres of meadowlands, wetlands and hills located between Leander and Liberty Hill off CR 282.

Asphalt paving will be taking place on the Williams Drive Construction Project beginning Sunday, March 21 through Friday, March 26 (weather permitting). In order to minimize motorist inconvenience and the effects to traffic, paving will be taking place between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

Local officials have received notice of the 4th Combat Aviation Brigade’s early summer deployment to Afghanistan and have begun efforts to collect supplies throughout Williamson County.
