Frequently Asked Questions

How Do I Request Discovery?

To request discovery download the Discovery Request Form. Please be sure to fill out all the information and select whether you’d like Paper discovery or Media Discovery. Checking both options will ensure that both paper and media copies will be sent to you.  Email your completed form to [email protected]. Paper discovery will be emailed to you within 2 business days. Media copies will be copied for you at least 2 weeks prior to any court hearings depending upon your request date.

Retained attorneys must submit a one-time, non-refundable administrative fee of $10.00 (attorney check, money order, cash – exact change only) at the time media copies are picked up. This fee is waived for court appointed attorneys.
