Vinnie Cherrone, Constable Precinct 1

Constable Cherrone is the elected official for this agency. Constable Cherrone started his Law Enforcement career with this agency in 1992 before leaving in 1995 when he took a job with the Round Rock Police Department. During his 21-year career with the Round Rock Police Department he was assigned to the patrol division, in 1997 he was assigned to the Traffic Unit where he received advanced training in accident investigation and reconstruction. Constable Cherrone was a Field Training Officer, Training Instructor and spent a 1 ½ years in Community Affairs. Constable Cherrone looks forward to serving the citizens in Precinct One and Williamson County.

The Precinct 1 area of Williamson County includes the cities of Austin, Round Rock and Georgetown, Texas. They are responsible for the service of civil process for the respective cities within the County of Williamson. They also are tasked with the warrant service of our areas.


The Williamson County Constable Office, Precinct One, is now taking calls for service in relation to all environmental issues and concerns located within the Precinct One service area. In addition to the two primary functions of our office, that is the serving of civil process and the execution of arrest warrants, it is our strong and sincere desire to support the need of investigating environmental concerns.
