 Save Your Vehicle Registration Receipt

Your vehicle registration receipt is an important document and should be saved!  A new Texas law requires new applicants of a residence homestead exemption to provide a copy of their vehicle registration receipt along with their driver’s license or state-issued identification to the appraisal district.  The address on your license, registration receipt and homestead application must all correspond.  The titled vehicle owner can request a copy of the registration receipt for $2.00 by visiting one of our offices or by mail using the form in the link below.
