Identity Theft Detail Form - Formatted in  Acrobat

This form is to be completed by the victim and brought in to the Sheriff's office when the victim comes in for an interview.  This form helps gather important information the detective can use in the investigation.

Open Records Request

Must be faxed to 512-943-1444 or mailed to the Sheriff’s Office.

Vehicle Accident Report Request Form

Upon completion you may email or print Request Form. To verify Sheriff’s Office worked a vehicle accident, email Request Form to accidentreportinfo@wilco.org. You will receive an e-mail verifying whether Sheriff’s Office has your requested report. Once confirmed, mail signed copy of Request Form with payment to receive your requested report. This email address is for vehicle accidents only.
