Williamson County Juvenile Services

Since hiring its first officer in 1979, through support from the Williamson County Commissioner’s Court, the Williamson County Juvenile Board, and the Texas Juvenile Justice Department; Juvenile Services has grown into a premier organization -- providing progressive, innovative programming while collaborating with other organizations that share similar service philosophies.

Diversion Programs

Neighborhood Conference Committee (NCC)
NCC is a multi-agency collaboration focused on diverting youth from the Juvenile Justice system.

S.T.A.R.T. Program
The S.T.A.R.T. Program is a three and a half hour class dealing with relevant juvenile justice issue for all teens and parents.

S.O.S. Program
The S.O.S. Program is high impact short term intervention for youth arrested for the first time for misdemeanors offenses.

Volunteer Opportunities

Participation in volunteer / intern programs with Juvenile Services requires mandatory training & background checks, in addition to the completion of the application.  To apply for internship or volunteer opportunities please follow the process below:

1)  Please call Sherry Graves (at the Administration Office) to determine current availability in the internship program or opportunities to provide other volunteer services.

2)  The application and handbook are available to view by clicking on the links below, be sure to call to confirm availability in the programs PRIOR to completion and submission of any paperwork.

3)  When availability is confirmed, you may print the application and handbook from these links OR you may pick up a hard-copy by coming by the office at 200 Wilco Way, Georgetown, Texas 78626 ad asking for Sherry at the front desk.
