Teravista Pavement Study

The Teravista subdivision is situated on highly expansive soils and, as a result, there has been significant movement in the pavement over time due to changes in moisture content of the pavement substructure. A result of this condition is deflection or undulation of the pavement riding surface. Williamson County Road & Bridge Division is undertaking a study to determine the extent of the surface deformations. Surveying and Mapping, Inc. (SAM, Inc.) will utilize their “Google maps”-type vehicle to electronically survey and assess the pavement surface.
