Default judgments must be presented in person either at a scheduled hearing or on the uncontested docket.

Eminent Domain

All Eminent Domain cases filed in County Court at Law #4, requesting special commissioners to be appointed, must be in the same basic format as follows:

Probate Court Information

Contact Court Coordinator to schedule hearings. All matters pertaining to Applications to Probate must be set for hearing.

All orders, oaths, proofs and documents for the signature of the Judge must be submitted to the Probate Auditor at least a week prior to any hearings. Oaths must be signed only after the Judge approves and signs the order.
