My name is Bobby Gutierrez. I am your County Precinct Three Constable.
Constable Bobby Gutierrez has been a Georgetown resident with his wife Nancy since 1989. Since 1986 he served all three (3) former Williamson County Precinct One Constable’s until he took office in Precinct Three in 1998. Constable Gutierrez holds an Advanced Peace Office License and Civil Process Proficiency Certificate from the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Education. He has over 30 years experience in public safety management, disaster management, incident management, rescue operations and tactical operations. He served the Texas Department of Public Safety SWAT team with high risk law enforcement missions all over the State of Texas. Some noteworthy missions include the 1993 Mount Carmel standoff in Waco and the 1997 Republic of Texas standoff in Fort Davis. He is a member of the Texas Justice of the Peace and Constable’s Association, Georgetown Chamber of Commerce, and the Williamson County Republican Party.
